Out of This World: Astrophysicist and media personality Michelle Thaller, Ph.D., transported Tysons Corner Rotarians to the farthest corners of the Universe when she addressed the Club on June 7. Dr. Thaller, assistant director of science at NASA’s Goddard Spaceflight Center, discussed topics that ranged from Northern Lights to black holes to the prospects for sending astronauts to Mars.
