Flags For Heroes our Inaugural Year
This year the Wallingford Rotary Club has take on a new project, for fundraising, to support the ongoing needs of our community.
Honor an active member, veteran, first responder, or other hero (past or present), by sponsoring a flag. In our inaugural year,
more than 100 flags will proudly fly on the hill side at Masonicare, our host and premiere sponsor.
All proceeds will support local charities and Rotary projects through the year.
We were very pleased at the response form our community in support of this project. Our goal of 100 Flag
was met and these flags flew proudly on the hill side of Masonicare from June 29th to July 13th, 2019.
We already have our system in place to take orders for next year's, Flags for Heroes. You can order from our Rotary website
as well as from our Facebook page.
