THIS WEEK'S MEETING:
Co-Presidents Bowen Depke and Laura Young will host a very important Club Assembly this Friday. The program will include an update and discussion on new membership recruitment, including corporate members, plau international services, foundation, and an update on club finances. This is your club, and a great opportunity to learn and contribute to the things that we do. Please make your best effort to join us! Come for the discussion, stay for the fellowship!

LAST WEEK'S BITS AND PIECES
ST. VINCENT DEPAUL THANKSGIVING DINNER
Bill Milliken, Chair of this year's Thanksgiving Day Dinner reported that our event was a rousing success. We had several dozen volunteers who helped to set up, cook, and serve almost 200 people between 11am and 12:15pm last Wednesday at St. Vincent DePaul. All food items were donated by Sysco, and the paper plates by Jim Vincenzi. Special mention to Jan Chapman and Bruce Moore for picking up all the food the day before. Volunteers arrived before 8am with the advance/prep crew, and the lat of the cleaning crew left around 1:30pm, leaving the place in better shape that when we arrived. Shout out to all who participated!  Bill invites any suggestions, comments, or observations as to what worked well and what improvements could be made for next year. Great job team, and thank you Bill for your leadership! Enjoy our photo collage!

DISTRICT HOLIDAY PARTY:  Sunday Dec 7, 12n-3pm at the Freeport Inn. All Rotarians, families, friends and prospective members welcome — free to attend!* An afternoon of holiday cheer, fellowship, and hands-on service.
We'll be signing holiday cards and assembling warming kits (hats, gloves, socks, hand warmers, toiletries).  It’s Rotary at its warmest.  Come for an hour - or stay for whole time - the more the merrier!  *In lieu of fee - we are collecting items for warming packets to be distributed AND/OR monetary donations to help cover the costs of these packets.
