Elizabeth McLellan received her degrees from American University, Northeastern University, the University of Southern Maine, and Boston University School of Medicine and Public Health. McLellan has spent her career working as a leader in nursing and healthcare administration. In recognition of her leadership, compassion, and service, McLellan has received numerous awards including the Hanley Center Leadership and Humanitarian Relief Award in 2010, the Red Cross Real Hero Award in 2011, the Outstanding Non-Profit Award in 2012, and the Northeastern University Social Impact Award in 2014.

PINBALL WIZARDS: Quinn Slayton reporting: "We had a small but mighty gathering at ARCADIA last night! I think Larry Gross is the official pinball wizard of our club!" The Deely Bopper King has crazy flipper fingers! Joining Quinn and Larry were Jake Bourdeau, Bruce Moore & Jan Chapman, Quinn's husband Mike Waites, and our two new members Jerry and Katherine Wall. Great place to have some fun with friends!
CRUTCHES AND MORE - HELP NEEDED! District 7780 in conjunction with Crutches 4 Africa will be loading and sending out the14th 40-foot container from this area on Saturday February 1 starting at 9:00. The storage facility is located at 128 Saco Ave., Old Orchard Beach. This is an important annual event, organized in this area by Dennis Robillard of the Rotary Club of Saco Bay Sunset. It is in fac a national program, repurposing mobility equipment to challenged people worldwide for free. To date, 212,000 people have been provided necessary items that include crutches, ankle boots, walkers, wheelchairs, canes, walkers, wheelchairs, leg braces, knee braces, prosthetic legs, air casts, baby jogging strollers, bicycle trailers, rollators etc. If you have questions, you can reach him at 207-468-0443. You can also talk to our Roger Fagan, who has been involved with this over the years, and can provide additional insight.
SOCIAL NIGHT AT MAINE CELTICS Our February Social will be to attend a Maine Celtics game at the Portland Expo. Thurs, Feb 13th, Game time 7pm. So far we have 20 tickets sold to club members! Tickets are $32 – bring family, friends, we'll have "side center" seats that have backs, we're not in the bleachers! We need to put in our order for the number of tickets by February 3rd!
Tom Talbott will place the order, and you can pay when you pick up the tickets at the Feb 7th Club meeting or at the door that night.
