Club Changeover: Last call to respond for Sunday June 25th club changeover. It is once again scheduled to be a lobster/hamburg cookout at Bud and Lois' in Hampton at 121 Mill Road starting at 1pm. As always, feel free to bring an appetizer, salad, or a desert. BYOB, but Shane Pine is trying to set up bringing his tap system and two of his locally brewed beers.
Buddy Benches: All 6 were installed and had ribbon cutting events! Special shout-outs to Dave Reid & Craig Kelleher for their design and construction efforts. Will Gonzales, Jim Waddell, Ray Tweedie, and Bill McGowan for their installation efforts and especially Donna Abisi for her inspiration in championing this District Grant. Ribbon cutting events were held on 6/6 at the Lincoln Ackerman School, 6/7 at the Sacred Heart School, 6/8 at the Marston School, 6/9 at the North Hampton School, and 6/13 at the Seabrook School.
Seafood Festival: We will be manning the beer tent for this years Seafood Festival on Sep 8th. 9th, and 10th (Friday through Saturday). Larry Marsolais will be handling the signup sheet, Please sign up!
2017 WHS Scholarships: President Rich announced the Winnacunnet High School 2017 Scholarships were awarded to Isabelle Domingos and Charlie Gasperoni. Special thanks to Ray Letourneau and his committee (Dan Dolan, Penny Jett, Don Lamprey, Dave Longo, and Dave Reid).
Blood Drive: June 30th, noon setup, 12:30 start. Need volunteers!
Loco Sports 5K: June 25th - 7:45 till noon. 5K road race, President Rich asking for three more volunteers for the bag drop.
Book Donations: Barb Lizotte is looking for book donations for our Little Libraries at Wakeda and St. Vincent DePauls.
50/50: Joe Korowski drew the Ace of Diamonds
This week's Speaker: Tara Whitney, Executive Health Coach, RGA Business solutions. "Time to Shine" weekly inspirational emails, you can sign up to receive them. Tara spoke about her understanding of rules. Tara coaches people on health, wellness, and living to their full potential. In doing that, rules need to be often set aside or thrown out.
