  the Township of Union Superintendent of Recreation\, and Board Member Na
 ncy Minneci from the Township of Union Board of Education and honor their
  commitments to education and longstanding support of Rotary's Marvin Orel
 la Speech Contest. This event starts at 5:30 pm and is open to the public 
 to hear the speeches and celebrate as the winners are announced. To help r
 aise additional funds\, there will be a 50/50 raffle\, and Ad Journal. Mem
