Rotary Club of Belleville presents the 14th annual Porchfest Belleville, Saturday September 23, 2023. This is a free family oriented event. Join us for the opening ceremony 12:45pm at Glanmore National Historic Site, 257 Bridge Street East. Music at all venues starts at 1pm until 4pm.
