  • Identify your source of drinking water – public systems (community water system or Type III) or private well​

  • When was the water last tested?​
Private well
  • When was the well last tested?
  • What should the well be tested for?
  • Is my septic system in good working order?​

  • Do I have enough information regarding my water quality, or should I have additional testing done?

  • What about the school my children and my workplace attend?
    • Is it part of a Community Water System? See above.
    • Is it a Type II Systems (transient or nontransient)?
    • What are the testing requirements?
