The Purple Pinkie Event

 

DGN Herb Klotz visited Harleysville Rotary to promote the District 7430 sponsored Purple Pinkie 5K Walk & Run benefiting the Rotary Foundation. The race will be held this year on October 14th. Members can sponsor someone in either of two ways: 1. Through the online form under "Sponsor a Participant" at www.purplepinkie.net or 2. give the participant a check made out to "The Rotary Foundation". All donations from Rotarians to the race will be credited directly in their name to the Rotary Foundation Account for Paul Harris credit. For every dollar we raise, two dollars will be donated by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The goal this year is $35,000.
