THIS WEEK'S MEETING INFORMATION
 image

Please join Bethlehem Morning Star Rotary this Thursday, October 24, 2024, for our Live/Hybrid Meeting. Our meet & greet starts at 7:15am with the regular meeting starting at 7:30am.

This week we will be :
"Celebrating New Members: Their Story/Classification Talks"

As part of our tradition, new members are invited to share their story with the club. Formerly known as the “classification talk,” this is a chance for us to get to know new members better. Their stories are an essential part of our club’s tapestry, and sharing it helps us understand their journey, passions, and the unique perspectives they bring to our community. We believe that every member’s story enriches our collective experience and strengthens the bonds between us. Hearing their insights and experiences will inspire and connect us, fostering a deeper sense of fellowship and collaboration.
You will have the option of joining us IN PERSON or via ZOOM. Please see Option details below:

IN PERSON LOCATION DETAILS:

The Flat Iron Building (5th floor)
301 Broadway, Bethlehem, PA 18015

Metered street parking is available on Broadway and on 4th Street.  Meters begin at 8AM.  Additional parking is available in the tenant parking lot along 4th & Wyandotte Streets and the Cathedral Church parking lot.

THIS WEEK'S SPEAKERS
MSR EXCHANGE STUDENTS

(Lto R) Justin Strasser, Antek's MSR In-Country Counselor, Antek, Jennifer Cunnigham, MSR Youth Services Coordinator, & President Rodney Conn

Our Morning Star Rotary Exchange Student, Antek, visited our club at our October 17th meeting.  Antek, who is from Poland, is attending Liberty High School this year.  He provided our members and guests with a presentation about his home, family, and interests.  Antek answered many questions about his life in Poland and his experiences and observations here in the United States since arriving prior to the beginning of the school year.

Our outgoing Exchange Student, Andre Negron's mother also gave us an update on his experiences since arriving in Spain where he is spending this school year.
