Jeanne Mell joined OraSure Technologies (NASDAQ: OSUR) as Vice President Corporate Communications in August 2018. OraSure develops and delivers game-changing, innovative sampling tools, services and diagnostics designed to help its customers and partners get the best answers to their most critical questions, more easily and with more illuminating insights. OraSure is leveraging its global leadership in infectious disease diagnostics to develop tests for COVID-19.

Ms. Mell is responsible for internal and external communications and elevating and advancing the OraSure corporate brand. Prior to joining OraSure, Ms. Mell served as Vice President Marketing Communications at the University City Science Center in Philadelphia. Immediately before joining the Science Center, Ms. Mell was Senior Vice President, Communications for the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining the Chamber, Ms. Mell had a career in journalism at The News Journal in Delaware, the Associated Press in New York and Philadelphia, ABC News, Good Morning America and Popular Photography Magazine. She started her career at Inc. Magazine. Ms. Mell serves on the Board of the National Museum of Industrial History.

Last Thursday Rodney Conn, Board Chairman BES, gave an excellent presentation in explaining how "Homelessness touches Everyone!"

Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering has evolved into a single site shelter.

Significant benefits include ability to provide consistent access to social and medical services.

Improved ease and access to available grant funds.

Decline in, and aging of church membership, burn out of volunteers.

Ongoing challenges in addition to those noted above - no family emergency services available in the Lehigh Valley.

Anticipate influx of homeless when COVID needs drop off.
