COVID INFORMATION UPDATES
Thanks to Al Philpotts of the Bethlehem Club for this COVID update which is relevant to EVERYONE!
 
The feature currently includes three items:
  1. Article about the vital importance of Vitamin D in surviving COVID.
  2. Florida-based ER doctor's video on "proning" (on the knees with head down) that helps COVID patients clear their lungs of secretions and improve recovery chances.
  3. CDC Website link for COVID updates and useful information.

COVID Info for Club Members and everyone......

  • Vitamin D does a lot more than get calcium to your bones.  It helps your immune system and it dampens overactive immune responses.  
  • Our vitamin D levels are lowest in the winter months.
  • THE TAKEAWAY?  Ensure you take 1000 - 2000 iU of Vitamin D every day
