"Our presentation The Polio Truths is a different perspective on the topic. We are a Team of Survivors who have come together to help Rotarians understand the real story of just how destructive the poliovirus can be. The gift of Rotarians being willing to stay the course for the eradication of this disease, has resulted in an infrastructure that is impacting world health in a way that no one could have anticipated. This message becomes even more important as more and more Clubs in our District are bringing in new, younger members - members that may not even realize they had the polio vaccine as children. Polio survivors all over the US and abroad are truly grateful for this enormous effort."

November is Rotary Foundation Month! Tuesday, November 23 has been designated as District 7430 Rotary Foundation Giving Day. If you missed this past Saturday's Foundation Seminar and Grant Certification Training at DeSales University, there will be another chance for certification through Zoom on January 10 at 7:00PM.
