ROTARY MEANS BUSINESS ZOOM FIRST THURSDAY

On Thursday May 7 at 5:30 pm we will ZOOM into our First Thursday Meeting at your own self-contained "Artisan" meeting.

Wine, spirits and munchies are BYO at your option.

It is a great opportunity for members who could not come to meetings in person to reconnect with Rotary friends! Especially for those "not early risers!"

To provide additional cyber security to our weekly Zoom meetings, we will not send the ZOOM info in the bulletin. Please check your email for information from Club Secretary, Val Walk for access to this meeting.

Visitors are welcome and encouraged. For access information, please reach out to Val, myself or any MSR member. Be happy to get you on board!

MSR GROCERY STORE GIFT CARD UPDATE

We extend sincere thanks to all who have generously donated in support of our Grocery Gift Card project!

President Mike has purchased Gift Cards from 3 local Grocery Stores for distribution to families in these neighborhoods.

The COVID-19 pandemic has financially hurt so many people in our community. Bethlehem Area School District school principals and the Boys & Girls Club will help identify those most in need.

With widespread support, we have raised over $6,800 so far, which will provide 136+ gift cards of $50 each!!!

These kind donations will help families put food on their tables during these very difficult times.

Director Stephanie chaired the RI's Strategic Planning Committee and was to be the Keynote Speaker at the 2020 District 7430 Conference. Her topic for the evening: "The Future of Rotary: Demystifying RI's Strategic Plan"
