Last week our inspiring guest speaker, Dr. Kamran Afshar, painted a very rosy picture of the Valley's current economy. With low unemployment, all levels of government are collecting high payroll tax revenue to fund services and projects. Dr. Afshar is a member of the Bethlehem Downtown Rotary Club.
