On May 30, club Secretary Val Walk emailed Dues Notice for the 2024-25 Rotary year to all active members. (Rotary’s year runs from July 1 to June 30.) Many thanks to members who have already paid, via check or PayPal!
Please note that, in the process of preparing the 2024-2025 Budget, the Board approved a dues increase to $250.00. While Rotary International dues and District dues have been increasing for many years, Morning Star Rotary dues have remained constant for over 10 years. This was not a decision made lightly by the Board, but a necessary one.
You have the option of paying for the full Rotary year (July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025) or for a half-year (July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.)
Instructions for submitting your payment ($250 or $125) were included on the invoice.

On July 18, 2024, we were joined via Zoom at our live meeting by Gilbert Mato and members of the Isiolo Rotary Club of Kenya. Gilbert gave us an comprehensive update on the progress of our global grant project refurbishing a maternal health clinic and other club and district grant projects we are undertaking in conjunction with Isiolo Rotary.
