AREA 2 OUTREACH DOES IT AGAIN!!!

The 5 Area 2 Rotary Clubs (Bethlehem, Bethlehem Morning Star, Easton, Nazareth and Saucon Valley) gathered March 9th at Moravian College's Haupert Union Building in the 'Ole Book Shop' along with friends, family members, BASD acapella students, Victory House residents and volunteers from as far away as the Poconos and Lansdale. This Rotary Community Team packaged 40,000 meals for families in need in our Club areas.

Food Insecurity is a serious concern in all communities, no matter the demographics of the areas. One in five children in America face food insecurity. The end products are shared to food pantries throughout the Area 2 Rotary Clubs, principally Northampton County. A fantastic effort with lots of fellowship and sharing. True to the Rotary Theme - ROTARY: BE TH INSPIRATION! Be sure to put this on your calendar for next year.

GODFREY DANIELS' ALEX RADUS

Alex Radus is a member of the Board of Directors of Godfrey Daniels, where he chairs its development committee. An award winning singer/songwriter, Alex is a frequent performer at Godfreys. A proud wearer of many hats, Alex is also Assistant General Counsel at Lehigh University. Prior to joining Lehigh, he represented businesses, entrepreneurs and investors at an Am Law 100 firm based in Philadelphia.

FIRST THURSDAY

Our First Thursday at the Artisan Wine & Cheese continues to attract more Rotarians including colleagues from the Saucon/Center Valley club. Additionally we had two guests who may be interested in becoming future Rotarians. Plan now to join us on April 7th for a relaxing time of Rotary fellowship.

The Wine & Cheese coupled with the assortment of hors d oeuvres is very appealing and tastes great!
