Yes! It's a new Rotary year. All around the world club leadership change is happening. This year we've taken a bit of a different course to get to the leadership change in our club. Thank you to Mike, John, Valerie and Jean for your commitment to lead our club next year. I wish you Happy New Year and much success as you begin this year.

Morning Star Rotary is a vibrant club doing great things in Bethlehem and around the world. Our dedicated members will continue to "Be the Inspiration". It is an honor to be a part of it. Thank you MSR!

Dear Janet

Congratulations to the Bethlehem Morning Star Rotary club! Based on your club’s 2019 Rotary District 7430 District Conference participation, enclosed you will find two checks totaling: $1279.48 from our concert proceeds to be utilized in your club to implement hunger projects. Please e-mail me as to the type of project and distribution of your funds.

Our District Conference’s concert Saturday night’s profits along with grant contingencies has allowed us to distribute over $26,000 to clubs in our district to be utilized for hunger projects. Additionally our Rotarians donated over 650 pounds of food to Second Harvest food bank along with donations.

We should all be proud of all of our Rotarians!

It has been an honor and privilege to serve as our District 7430 District Governor for the 2018-2019 Rotary year. Also thank you for serving as President of your club.

At our May 30 Club Assembly we had the opportunity to celebrate our latest Rotary Foundation supporters. Tom Hartzell presented PHF awards to President Janet Kolepp +6, Rodney Conn, Robin Metzler +2, Marianne Aronson who surprised husband Steve with his first PHF. A special recognition and grateful thank you to our Past President Tom Kolepp who has become a member of the Paul Harris Society ($1,000/year).

Congratulations to all and thank you for helping Rotary do more good in the world!
