We had the pleasure of having Alicia Ruiz-Orbin, Emmaus Rotary, explain Rotary Fellowships. They consist of individuals who share a common interest in recreational activities, hobbies, professions, or cultural identity. These groups help expand skills, foster vocational development, and enhance the Rotary experience by exploring interests while developing connections around the world. Focus is to help participants make lasting friendships outside their own club, district or country. They offer international leadership opportunities, advance Rotary's public image and identity; and introduce friends and family to Rotary.

This is a perfect time to explore your hobbies, interests, or profession through Rotary by joining a fellowship: an international, independently organized group of people who have a common interest. JUN 2-3, 2023 DR. INCALCATERRA MOM-n-PA DENTAL CLINIC

Just a special thank you to all the volunteers everywhere who helped make this program an outstanding success!!!

Per update from Dr. Charlie Incalcaterra processed 571 patients Friday and 804 Saturday Total 1,375!

Mom-n-PA has exceeded well over 10,000 patients since the start of the mission in 2013.

Save the dates - June 6, 7 & 8, 2024 when the next mission will be in Reading, PA.

It takes an army of volunteers to make this program an outstanding success!

AUG 4-6, 2023 DAS AWKSCHT FESCHT VOLUNTEERS

MSR Rotarians:

Last month, PDG Bob Hobaugh made a presentation to our club regarding the history of and information about this year’s Das Awkscht Fescht. This year will celebrate the 60^th anniversary of the “The August Festival” with the 70^th anniversary of the Corvette with all generations of Vettes on display as the feature car.

PDG Bob has asked for district Rotarian volunteers to assist at the festival. Per PDG Bob, Rotarian volunteers get food and entrance to the park on the days they serve. He needs the following Rotarians to fill these volunteer slots: (a) 2 Rotarians for pin location Monday, 7/24/23 Macungie Memorial Park at 7 am; (b) 2 Rotarians for stake out Monday, 7/31/23 Macungie Memorial Park at 2 pm; (c) 2 Rotarians for parking directions Friday, 8/4/23 Macungie Memorial Park at 7 am; (d) 2 Rotarians for registration tent Saturday, 8/5/23 Macungie Memorial Park at 7 am; (e) 10 Rotarians for parking directions Saturday, 8/5/23 Macungie Memorial Park at 7 am; (f) 2 Rotarians for registration tent Sunday, 8/6/23 Macungie Memorial Park at 7 am; (g) 4 Rotarians for parking directions Sunday, 8/6/23 Macungie Memorial Park at 7 am.
