Morning Star Rotary will once again support our community with the Annual Salvation Army Bell Ringing event. The dates are December 7 at the Moravian Book Shop and December 14 at Christkindlmarkt.

 

 

 

To register for the event please click on the SA Bell Ringing for each date under Upcoming Events on the left column of the club website. This will take you to the Event Registration. Click on the SA Bell Ringing icon which will take you to the sign in lists.

 

OR Click on MORAVIAN BOOK SHOP or CHRISTKINDLMARKT  to register.  This will take you directly to sign-ups.

 

You can sign on as yourself, a Rotary member, or sign on a guest, e.g. family member, etc.  We need two people for each one hour Time Slot.

 

 

Hi fellow Rotarians,

 

I hope your Thanksgiving was warm, delicious, and relaxing.  Our first of three sessions at the Shelter is Tuesday 12/10 - Wednesday 12/11.

 

We are still in need of volunteers for the following timeslots:

 

Tuesday 12/10 

Registration 4:30-7:15 need 3

Registration 7:15-10:00 need 3

 

Cook 1:30-5:30 need 2

 

Serve and clean up 5:30-9:00 need 4

 

Serve and clean  7:30-10:00 need 3

 

Showers 7:00-9:00 need one male, one female

 

Chaperone (sleep overnight) 9:00pm-7:00am, need one male, oe female

 

Wednesday 12/11

Breakfast 5:30am - 7:00am need 1.

 

If you have already signed up, I have it on my spreadsheet.  No need to notify me again.
