Southside Arts District (Live/Hybrid)
Erin Zebertavage, Downtown Manager, Southside Arts District joined us for a talk on the Southside ARTS DISTRICT.
Erin is a lifelong resident of Bethlehem. A large portion of her career has been traveling the globe for technology companies in roles of project management, human resources, and talent acquisition; however, her continued passion and love for Bethlehem has kept her here. A lover of the arts and music, she also serves as Vice Chair for the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks. You will often find her enjoying all the live music and festivals Bethlehem has to offer. Erin is thrilled to contribute to the revitalization of SouthSide Bethlehem by supporting the community’s local arts, music, and small businesses.

Key Goals for the initiative based on prior studies and community feedback when established include:
Improve the pedestrian experience.
Enhance connections between SouthSide anchors, particularly along northsouth streets.
Improve the visual appeal and place-making qualities of key community gateways.
Make better use of public spaces.
Better communicate the availability of economic development and historic preservation tools.
