HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

WHOA! We’ve had a busy start to the fall—and we’ve only just begun!

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered their time and energy at our events. From planning and making things happen to recruiting friends and family, setting up, and staying late, every effort makes a difference. We appreciate YOU! I’m so grateful for all the ways you show up for our club and our community.

In case you were wondering, fall is my favorite season, and I LOVE Halloween! So, naturally, I had to sneak in a little Rotary Halloween humor:

🎃 What’s a Rotarian’s favorite Halloween treat?

Find the answer somewhere in this newsletter!

Here’s to more service, friendship, and fall fun!

OKTOBERFEST SUCCESS!

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered for the 2026 Ambler Rotary Oktoberfest Beer Gardens! Together, we sold an impressive 52 kegs, along with plenty of seltzers and wine, raising approximately $46,000 in the process!

It takes an incredible number of volunteers to make this fundraiser a success, and every one of you played an important part. Give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back! Your hard work will help us provide grants to many local nonprofits in the coming year. Thank you for helping make that possible!

Save the Dates: mark your calendars for the Ambler Arts & Music Festival, June 18–19, 2027. And yes, we’re already counting down: only 255 days until our next big fundraiser!

ROTARY SPOTLIGHTS

• Congratulations to October student of the month Adriana Wenneker from Germantown Academy. An impressive student, Adriana is currently a junior and has recently completed a service trip to Ghana and plans on studying physics or international relations in college!

• A huge thank you to Brian and Lindsay for hosting a fantastic Ambler Rotary Happy Hour at The Book Shop on Main! It was great catching up with everyone, but the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly exploring this beautifully curated local gem. With its impressive selection of titles and irresistible boutique gifts, the shop's inviting atmosphere made it nearly impossible to leave empty-handed. Many members happily walked out with new reads and treasures. If you haven't visited their incredible space yet, you are truly missing out!
