• They will reserve the back space for us.  It will be roped off with a reserved for private event sign.
• We ask Rotarians to arrive early and order food from one of the 9 vendors and then bring it to the meeting space.   
• They will provide a speaker stand and microphone for use. It will be set up in the space upon arrival.
