C.A.R.E. Court

C.A.R.E. Court is a program started in Harrisburg by then Rotary Club of Harrisburg member Federal Judge Yvette Kane.  The program is designed to help offenders who have been released from prison by providing a one-on-one and group sessions mentoring program for them.  Rotary Club of Harrisburg members are encouraged to volunteer and meet on a regular basis with their mentee.  The mentor’s role is to help in their mentee’s transition back to society at large.  Mentors often reflect on how their experience has benefited them as equally as the mentee.  Please contact chair Karen Paris for more details and information.
