If you joined us for Jumping for Judson, you know that we exceeded our goal for the Judson Fellowship Fund in the Harrisburg Rotary Foundation - thank you! The fund can now provide for a Judson Fellow every year. Judson Fellows are not-yet Rotarians who would help us build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive club. Judson Fellows would be invited (at no cost) as a full member for one year in the Rotary Club of Harrisburg.
Everyone can recommend a potential new member for a Judson Fellowship by simply sharing their name with the board along with a brief statement on why they are recommending them. Please send your nomination to any member of the board before May 12. The Judson Fellowship program will build goodwill and better friendships in the community (and within our membership) by helping us to remember the contributions of Dr. John Judson and by providing a tangible action step to pursue a more inclusive Rotary Club of Harrisburg. Who will you nominate? Who do you know who can help us with our goal to be extravagantly welcoming to current and future Rotarians? Make a nomination today!

The city of Harrisburg needs our help with Artsfest. There will be volunteer opportunities available at Artsfest at all different times over the holiday weekend, May 27-29. To see the available volunteer slots please visit the link in the right column (in blue) under upcoming events. Events are listed in date order, so you might need to scroll down.
The city is looking for volunteers to assist the artists leading the community art project. There will also be time slots to help in the information tent and "booth-sitting" for artisans so they can take a quick break. Cortney Ranck-Cameron, Manager of Special Events for the city (and everyone who enjoys Artsfest) is counting on us!
