
Bryan Majors is a native of Harrisburg, PA. He graduated from Harrisburg High in 2006 with a 3.9 GPA. While a student he was also a starting point guard for the Harrisburg Cougars for two years. Bryan was a superb student athlete growing up and a member of the School Business and Industry (SBI).
Bryan took his educational and athletic abilities to Susquehanna University after being offered an academic scholarship. He then graduated in 2010 with a 3.6 GPA and was also the first African American male to earn a degree in Elementary Education from that institution.
In addition, Bryan had an outstanding basketball career- earning recognition as Rookie of the Year, two-time conference Defensive Player of the Year, career leader in assists, second leader in steals, two-year captain and was a four-year starter.
Bryan later took his mind and vision to Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg Campus and earned a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Non-Profit Organizations. While attending, Bryan was a graduate assistant with the basketball team and worked as an assistant to the Athletic Director.
In 2012, Bryan began laying the foundation for Major Prep LLC, Bryan Majors LLC, Major Prep Apparel, and Major Prep Cycle Breakers (501C3). Based on leadership, values, morals, and characteristics taught by his father about always being prepared for life’s opportunities and challenges, Bryan developed his companies with the mission to help others be prepared to address individual obstacles that undermine the achievement of life goals.
Now, Bryan is a retired professional basketball player for the Harlem Globetrotters Organization as a Washington General. He has solely embraced his entrepreneurial journey as the Modern Day Hope Dealer, an Amazon #1 Best Selling Author, Black Enterprise recognized author, Adjunct Professor, Professional Basketball Trainer, Social Emotional Learning & Leadership Development Coach who has impacted over thousands of lives.
