by Judge Frank Arnold . Judge Frank Arnold is the probate court Judge here in Monroe and has served in this position for the past 2 years. He discussed the probate court here in Monroe and how it is set up. In Monroe, the probate court Judges also hear domestic custody hearings as part of the Family Court system. The court also hears the traditional cases that are brought before probate such as wills, estate and trust hearings. Judge Arnold shared numerous insights regarding the probate judicial system and about several Monroe County programs.
