The Lynn Rotary Club recently held a wine tasting social in the garden of member Jack Ryder’s stone barn recently. The wine was made by club members Rick Brangiforte and Jack Ryder and was donated by them for the occasion. Members and their guests who attended were able to view how the wine was made and to taste a wide variety of white and red wines. Many folks were interested in the garden itself too, wandering down the rows and sampling some of the fresh produce. Food was catered by the Porthole Restaurant and was delicious as usual. The weather was perfect, warm and sunny, with a slight cool breeze. It was a great opportunity to visit with club members and their guests. People got the chance to renew old acquaintances and make some new ones while enjoying good music, good wine, and great company.
