Rotary International encourages all clubs to occasionally ask all members to complete a Membership Satisfaction Survey. Attached is this Survey which was available at today’s Rotary meeting. For those of you that missed the meeting, we are sending to all members here as an attachment. You will need to download and print the Survey and then complete it by hand or email your completed form to haysrotarynoonclub@gmail.com
The Membership Satisfaction Survey is confidential. The results will be reported to the members of Rotary Club of Hays and will be used by the Board of Directors for future planning.
We ask all members to take the time to complete this survey. We would like to have strong participation. We will give everyone a couple of weeks to complete it so please bring your completed survey back to the Sept.14th meeting. The intention of the Survey is to enhance the Club’s experience for both current, new and prospective members.
This is your Club…not that of the Board of Directors. Your responses to this Member Satisfaction Survey are confidential. There are no right or wrong answers and we respect all opinions and viewpoints. In my opinion, the questions designed by Rotary International are very good, and thus, we really appreciate your taking the time to answer them. Maybe you can spend part of your Labor Day Weekend with this Member Satisfaction Survey.
And reminder…the September service project will be Sat. Sept. 12….41st Street Clean Up….9 a.m. Feel free to bring family and friends to participate.
