FREE public education events about dementia - Tuesday 13th March and Monday 26th March. 

Book today – limited seats are still available. 

Called – “The FACTS about Dementia”, these essential community events are hosted by the Rotary Club of St Ives and are open to all and are ideal for carers and families of people-living-with-dementia or anyone who wishes to gain practical knowledge and understanding about dementia. 

The next four sessions are available on Tuesday 13th March (starting at 12.30pm and 3.00pm), and Monday 26th March (starting at 12.30pm and 3.00pm). 

Each session is in a comfortable venue at Peter Canisius House at Pymble, and we use simple, non-technical language and encourage audience questions and open discussion. 
We cover; 

• what dementia is and equally important what dementia is not, 
• Prevention of dementia, 
• how to create a Dementia-Friendly Community, 
• step’s to access local support services. 

All participants received an information pack to take home.
