HUGE ‘thankyous’ to Chief Organiser Harold Morgan, Assistant Organiser & Treasurer, John Steel, and to everyone who volunteered their services yesterday. While everyone did a magnificent job giving up a dry Saturday, we especially thank Tim England for his fantastic marketing posters display (again) and his double shift cooking and cleaning the BBQ. Grateful thanks to one and all.
Net profit was $1,595.70 which exceeded our previous effort by more than 50%!! Our first-all time use of the mobile EFTPOS machine was responsible for $113.00 worth of sales and a number of customers complimented us for having this facility available. The Donation bucket and EFT contributions received donations of $404.30 and so the total raised for the farmers will be $2,000 again!
