The Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) is a week-long residential personal development program for young people aged 19 to 25. The Rotary Club of St Ives delighted to sponsor three outstanding young people to the 2019 camp ... Josh Lorschy, David Best and Hugh Percival.
