Jocelyn Hittle is the Director of Denver Program Development at Colorado State University. She is primarily focused on the National Western Center and CSU’s emerging collaboration with Denver International Airport. Jocelyn will be speaking about the National Western Center project, and particularly CSU’s role in creating a vibrant, year-round destination focusing on food, energy, water, health and the environment.

Jocelyn sits on the Mayor’s Sustainability Advisory Council, and works to ensure CSU’s Denver projects are showcases for state-of-the-art sustainability practices. Jocelyn is also Co-Chair of the Colorado Urban Land Institute Building Healthy Places Committee, and sits on the Advisory Committee for the Coors Western Art Show.

Brad Dodson is the Deputy Director of the Mayor’s Office of the National Western Center. He is responsible for financial management and the operational program for the City project team for the redevelopment of the National Western Center campus. Brad brings experience in both finance and urban planning and has a proven history in managing large-scale development projects with complex financial structures. In his most recent role as Principal Project Manager in the Denver Department of Finance, he was responsible for managing the redevelopment of the former Gates factory site at I-25 and Broadway and crafting innovative financial structures for the Colorado Convention Center expansion and the Stapleton redevelopment. His personal passion for inclusive development that connects communities both physically and economically led him to the National Western Center.
