To all the Riders, Supporters and Sponsors of the 2012 Ride for the Heroes:
What do you get when you mix a warm and sunny spring day with over 600 volunteers and riders, 50 miles of non-stop motorcycling and several dozen of Bucks County’s finest?
You get another year that the Central Bucks Rotary can help support the noble cause that is the Travis Manion Foundation. We are in the midst of doing our post event clean up and accounting but this year with all your generosity we know that this will be another year that we can help the causes that the Manion Foundation stands for.
We have much to be thankful for as a group as well; we received many generous donations leading up to and including the day of the event as well as having the winner of the 50/50 raffle donate the winnings back to the cause; that alone adds $711 that we can use to benefit the veterans we all care about. These kinds of stories are typical of what we have found from supporters of this event over the past 3 years.
The past two years we have had Bill Hock Photography donate their time to not only shoot the day but also post all the shots from the day on their website. Check out all the photos from the past two years here:

You will see a gallery for both years, just click on either one and Bill has organized them by each of the event venues. You can also order any of the pictures you want as a keepsake for the day. Bill has significantly discounted the price of the photos as well, thanks Bill!
We will be announcing very shortly how much money was raised at Ride for the Heroes. We will also present a check to the Travis Manion Foundation in the next couple of weeks and share some additional information with you all, so look for that email coming shortly.
