Our Meeting on Tuesday, April 26th - Results of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee survey.

Just a heads up for our meeting on Tuesday.  This discussion will be led by Michelle and Enyinnah Okere, the heads of our EDI Committee.

They've done a lot of work to prepare so please make the best effort to attend and be part of this discussion.  Here's what will be talked about.

We have compiled the results and identified a few areas for further discussion at the meeting on Tuesday, April 26th. These include:

Meeting Structure: How can meetings be re-designed to create meaningful connection?

Strategic Planning: How can ALL club members provide input on strategy development?

Member Recruitment and Onboarding: Why is (diverse) representation important to the club? And, how can we engage diverse communities in the work of Rotary?

Member Engagement: How can we ensure ALL members are provided with opportunities to contribute meaningfully?

We look forward to an excellent discussion next week.
