At our meeting last Tuesday, we welcomed Jackie Hobal form Rotary Club of Edmonton West and our very own Marilyn Mucha as they presented on the 2019 Rotary Council of Legislation & Hamburg International Convention. We learned fantastic insights from Jackie on some of the changes to Rotary's governing documents. We also learned about the diverse and exciting Rotary world community from Marilyn's experience in Hamburg (she even witnessed a Rotary Metalhead meeting!). Thank you to both presenters for the fantastic presentations and showing members and guests how Rotary connects the world!
Rotary Whyte Ave is supporting the Neighbour Centre BBQ and you can help! We're looking for someone to bring their BBQ so we can cook some delicious food. We're also looking to bring lawn games and whether anyone has access to a DJ, band or large speaker to provide music at the BBQ.
