Donations will go towards stocking stuffers such as:
  • Chocolates or other holiday treats (candy canes, mints, etc.);
  • Clothing (socks and underwear or winter gear such as mitts and toques);
  • Toiletries (toothpaste, floss, toothbrushes, etc.);
  • The stockings themselves (to hold the donations);
  • Kleenex;
  • Gum;
  • Lip balm;
  • Makeup products;
  • Stationary (pens, etc.);

How to donate: We would prefer monetary donations so that we can bulk purchase stocking stuffers. If you would like to make a monetary donation, please etransfer Paige at preeves@ualberta.ca

Paige has autodeposit so you do not need to create a security question for your etransfer. If you would prefer to make a cash donation, or have items to donate to the stockings, please email Kristin or Paige to arrange a drop-off.

When is it needed by? It would be appreciated if we can have all the donations by Saturday December 4th.

This will run on our website from November 23rd โ€“ December 7th
This is an important fundraiser for our club. The more items we have, the more funds we will raise!

Many thanks to the members who have already submitted your items. We have some great items already and look forward to this auction and creating some holiday excitement.

What kind of items are we looking for? Anything that would make a great Christmas gift! Here are a few ideas however let's be creative!

  • Baking is always very popular
  • Wine or spirits
  • Gift cards for local merchants to support small business
  • Gifts for our four legged family members and fur babies
  • Gifts and gift cards for little ones
  • Gift baskets of any kind

As the auction will be live from November 23 to December 7, we ask that you have all items and the following information submitted to the committee by November 15 in order that we have the time to set up our online auction and social media campaign. We will arrange pick up of items for delivery to the successful bidders after the auction closes on December 7.

Please provide with your donation -

1. Short description of the item(s)
2. Retail value
3. Who donated and if they wish recognition or are anonymous
