DESCRIPTION:The Rotary Club of Edmonton Whyte Avenue is collecting stock
 ing stuffer donations in support of the Skills Society and we need your h
 elp! The Skills Society provides support services to children and adults 
 with developmental disabilities\, survivors of acquired brain injury\, and
  their families. Your donations will go towards holiday stockings for peo
 ple supported by their Outreach Program. What can you donate for the stoc
 kings?  Donations can include: Chocolates or other holiday treats (candy
  canes\, mints\, etc.)\; Clothing (socks and underwear or winter gear such
  as mitts and tukes)\; Toiletries (toothpaste\, floss\, toothbrushes\, et
 c.)\; The stockings themselves (to hold the donations)\; Kleenex\; Gum\; 
 Lip balm\; Makeup products\;  Stationary (pens\, etc.)\; Christmas or hol
 iday related items (Christmas tree decorations\, etc.)\; Monetary donation
 s (to go towards the purchasing of stocking stuffers)\; Any other sugges
 ted donation items? Let us know!  When is it needed by? It would be appre
 ciated if we can have all the donations before Thursday\, December 5th. H
 ow to donate: If you have a donation\, please contact Paige. You can also
  bring your donated items to one of our Tuesday Rotary meetings or contact
  Paige or Kevin to have them picked up. Want to help us fill the stockings
 ? Join us on December 5th from 6-7:30pm at the Skills Society (10408 124 
 St\, Edmonton\, AB T5N 1R5) to join in the fun! We will work together to l
 oad up the stockings with all the donated goodies. Please note Skills Soci
 ety is located on the second floor of a business building. Let us know yo
 u're coming by RSVPing to this event! Last year\, these stockings were gr
 eatly valued by the people supported by the Skills Society and for some it
  may be the only gift they receive at Christmas time so thank you to every
 one who can help!
