The West Bend Noon Rotary held its new member inductions on Monday, March 12, 2012. Allan Kieckhafer was the Master of Ceremonies and explained what it means to be a Rotarian. New members being inducted were Eric Lillstrom, Gary Fichtner and Ted Neitzke.

Sponsors were Richard Klumb and Dan Anhalt.
 
Gary Michael Fichtner- Married for 33 years to wonderful wife Catherine with two sons Luke and Josh. Member of St. Frances Cabrini Parish for many years currently serving on the finance committee and a leader for FOCCUS Couples (engaged couples). Independent contractor for Catholic Financial Life as a sales financial advisor and manage K & L Painting company as a side job. Looking forward to meeting new people and  excited about serving as a Rotarian. Appreciate the opportunity. Thank you.

Ted Neitzke is the Superintendent of the West Bend School District. Ted is married to Megan Neitzke and has two children -- Charlie and Grace who are both in elementary school. Ted has been in the West Bend School District for nine years and was the Principal at Badger Middle School. He has worked with over 35 school districts in the Midwest as a consultant on developing strong systems of learning and has published on the topics of educational reform.
