spreading warmth…one coat at a time.

CHICAGO, IL – The Rotary Club of Chicago Lakeview is hosting a coat drive to collect clean, gently worn, warm coats from November 21 to December 11 between 12 PM and 8 PM at Rockwell's Neighborhood Grill. Area residents are invited to make a difference in our local community by donating to the coat drive and helping achieve the goal of collecting 100 coats and $500 dollars throughout the drive.

Each year, hundreds of thousands of gently worn coats are distributed across North America to children, women and men in need through One Warm Coat's Coat Drive program. The Rotary Club of Chicago Lakeview will collaborate with local service organizations for distribution of donated items.

"We are so grateful for our Coat Drive Ambassadors, like the Rotary Club of Chicago Lakeview! It is because of our incredible volunteers that we have been around for more than 25 years, helping get coats to our neighbors who need them," said Jennifer Stockard, President and Chief Executive Officer of One Warm Coat. "Thanks to the efforts of the Rotary Club of Chicago Lakeview and Rockwell's, many people in this community will have a much warmer winter."
