Based in San Francisco, Alliance for Smiles provides free cleft lip and palate surgeries for children in Asia, Africa, Central America and beyond. They have over 869 volunteers and have completed over 8,766 procedures! Want to get involved? Check them out: https://www.allianceforsmiles.org/
