Greetings Rotarians! Way to go, Western Douglas County Rotarians! Last week we dispensed 104 turkeys to families in need and the recipients couldn't have been more appreciative. The rain held off while we accomplished our mission. A job well done! Thank you! Last Week's Speaker - Vern Ortmeier Vern Ortmeier and the Bethlehem House is a shining example of "service above self." Vern, thank you for sharing your mission with us last week. Rolly, Jim and many other Rotarians have helped Vern over the years. Keep up the good work! Rotary Minute - Dave Rosacker Building over 250 structures across the country, Dave Rosacker has much to be proud of. Dave excelled in the volatile construction industry while exhibiting traits of compassion and dignity. Dave Rosacker is a versatile individual that proudly wears many hats including serving on the Omaha Planning Board. Thanks, Dave, for being a part of Western Douglas County Rotary! We are still working on finalizing a "Social Night Out." We will be discussing dates on Thursday. Upcoming Rotary Minute November 21st - Mark Wortman December 5th - Rex Moats Speaker and Lunch Schedule: November 21st - Speaker - Anne Doerr and Kara Perchal, TeamMates Mentoring Program.
