Wasted food is Omaha's #1 contributor to landfills. Rita Clark and Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue do all they can to get this food to those that need it most. Last month alone 49,000 pounds of food was saved and redirected to food banks in the Omaha area. Thank you Rita, a job well done!
