Hello, Fellow Rotarians! I miss all of you and pray that you are staying safe and healthy during this quarantine time. In an effort to stay in touch with each other, we are going to try to hold our meetings online using the program Zoom. The District is offering zoom to all clubs to use for their meetings. Some clubs in the District have already been using Zoom for their regular meetings. Your President-elect, Tod, attended a web meeting recently to find out more about this. Thanks, Tod! In this newsletter, you will find some information about what is going on the District. Some additional information I would like you to be thinking about: Since we received a grant this year, the district has made additional grant monies available to us to help with responding to the impact of COVID-19 and also continued flood assistance. Jim has indicated that COPE is receiving more requests for help. He is checking with Nicki Klein to see how we need to apply for grant money to help. Of course, this would be a matching grant again. Thus, please be thinking about your ability and our club’s ability to respond to this grant opportunity.
