 Greetings Rotarians! Thanks to Brooke Kirby, last week's guest speaker, for her informative presentation about travel insurance and tips to help make our travel adventures more relaxing and enjoyable. This week (December 8th) we will meet at 12:00 Noon, at the Elkhorn Public Schools Foundation building (lower level, Alumni Room). Based on a majority of members preference, we are transitioning to this new time in order to hopefully increase our membership in the future. Jim Tomanek has coordinated lunch for everyone (pizza, salad, cookie and drink). Cost is $10 per person. A majority of our time will be spent discussing new ways to attract and retain new members. This will include identifying potential members and reaching out to former members that might be willing to re-connect with our club. Future Events / Activities: - December 14th: DC West Food Pantry Distribution (DC West School, 4:00 - 5:00 PM)
- December 15th, 16th & 17th: West "O" Food Drive (Coordinated by West "O" Chamber)
- December 15th: Collect food from area schools
- December 16th: Sort & Pack food (Bethany Lutheran & DC West School)
- December 17th: Deliver food to needy families (530 families)
