Hello, fellow Rotarians! Last week we had an amazing meeting with the Omaha Morning Rotary Club joining us. Thanks to everyone who helped in any way to make the meeting a success! It looked like there was a lot of connecting going on. At our meeting this week, one item on the agenda will be deciding when we can return the favor and attend one of their meetings. Elkhorn Public Schools Foundation will have the dedication and ribbon cutting for their beautiful new building on Thursday, October 11th at 5:30. WDC members are welcome to attend.
On October 11th, the new District Governor, Julie O’Hara will be in attendance.
Neil collected a bountiful number of fines as he had many new pockets from which to pick.
Presentation: Neil introduced Jonathan Robitaille of the FBI. Agent Robitaille shared several very interesting stories about recent cases that he and his fellow agents have been involved in. He fielded many questions from the group. The club appreciates his service to his fellow citizens.

Stress is a part of every day life but, many don't fully understand what stress is, where it can come from, and what it is doing to the health of our communities and our nation. In this brief 30 minute workshop I will help to define what stress is and where it comes from in the modern world and describe what science is saying about what is happening to our health as a result as well as provide some real and common sense approaches to how you can start to eliminate some stressors and improve your health starting today!

Jill is going to come out on October 18th to tell us about the trip to Cuba she just took. I'm sure she will make it interesting. Not many people have been to Cuba. All of October is filled. Ted Grace for Oct 4th, District Governor for Oct 12, Jill for Oct 18 and Gail with a Rotary Foundation speaker for Oct 25.
