RLI is not a repeat of other training available through Rotary. It is not position specific such as PETS for Presidents-elect or Assembly for Committee Chairs. It is for everyone!
The curriculum is designed using the learning spiral with sessions building on previous topics and experiences. Click here for the brochure.
Testimonial from a recent participant: RLI was a great opportunity to explore Rotary - really learn about this vast organization. This is the first time I truly understood that Rotary was not just about my Club - it extends beyond to other communities, states and the world. I feel that I can truly help my club with programs now that I have participated in RLI.
