Greetings Rotarians!

This week is our special "Wine Tasting" event, to be held during our regular 12:00 PM meeting time. Dan Harrington, wine sommelier from Main Street Cellars will be our guest speaker. It should be a fun event ... feel free to bring a guest (please respond to the email so that we can get an accurate head-count).

Tomorrow (Wednesday, March 22) is World Water Day ... all Rotary members should have received a multi-page folder with information about The Rotary Foundation's efforts to solve water quality issues throughout the world. Fund-raising donations can be submitted through Rotary's website (www.rotary.org/donate).

Going forward, we are looking for guest speakers for March 30th, April 6th and beyond.  Our annual scholarship recognition luncheon will be in mid or late April ... more to follow after all selections have been completed and recipients announced.

I want to again welcome our most recent members to WDC Rotary ... Larry Bock, Mark Wortman and Paul Wortman.  Hopefully there are others that are in the process of submitting applications.
