Thank you to Chris Stratman, Executive Director of Keep Omaha Beautiful, for speaking to us on Aug. 18. Chris spoke about the programs of the organization (Adopt-a-Park, Litter Clean-Up, License Plate Recycling, Sienna/Francis House Partnership, and more!) along with the education and volunteer opportunities available. He spent the last few minutes speaking about the Cultural Ambassadorial Scholarship that he received from Rotary after university. Chris spent 6 months in Salamanca, Spain and attended classes at the Universidad de Salamanca while completing several Rotary service projects.  Chris graciously donated $50.00 to our own Rotary scholarship fund.
