A big THANK YOU to Kara Perchal who, in addition to her many other duties at the Elkhorn Public Schools, is the TeamMates of Elkhorn Program Coordinator.  Kara visited our club last week to share the TeamMates story with us.  TeamMates, founded in 1991 by Nancy and Coach Tom Osborne, continues to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing an adult mentoring influence.  Kara expressed that there is a need for several "matches" this school year.  Go to teammates.org to learn more.

 

 

Also, local Runza restaraunts have declared Tuesday, September 22nd as TeamMates Day.  Dine in at Runza that day and 10% of all sales will be donated to TeamMates to help further their mission!
